Responsible for the processing of personal data

SPLENDID EQUATION LDA. is the entity responsible for processing all personal data provided to it for the provision of services requested by the data subject or their legal representative.

Salvo no âmbito do cumprimento de obrigações legais, em caso algum haverá comunicação de dados pessoais a terceiras entidades que não sejam entidades (sub)contratadas ou destinatários legítimos, não sendo realizada, também, qualquer comunicação para outras finalidades diferentes das suprarreferidas.

Tendo em conta as técnicas mais avançadas, os custos de aplicação e a natureza, o âmbito, o contexto e as finalidades do tratamento, bem como os riscos de probabilidade e gravidade para cada indivíduo, a SPLENDID EQUATION LDA. e todas as entidades que sejam suas (sub)contratadas implementam as medidas técnicas e organizativas necessárias para assegurar um nível de segurança adequado ao risco.

Para o efeito, poderão ser adotadas diversas medidas de segurança, de forma a proteger os dados pessoais contra a sua difusão, perda, uso indevido, alteração, tratamento ou acesso não autorizado, bem como contra qualquer outra forma de tratamento ilícito.

Should it become necessary to (sub)contract services to third-party entities that may have access to personal data, the (sub)contractors of SPLENDID EQUATION LDA. will be obliged to adopt security measures and protocols, as well as other technical measures appropriate to the protection of the confidentiality and security of personal data, to prevent unauthorized access, loss or destruction of personal data.
